SPOT is a family of fully featured high-performance pyrometers for fixed non-contact infrared spot temperature measurements. Available in a range of operating wavelengths, temperature ranges and process requirements.
We feel the best way to understand the innovative
SPOT pyrometer
is by spending some time trying it out. Our interactive SPOT pyrometer simulator demo lets you get hands-on.
Most of the functionality of the real device is represented within the simulator: you can set alarms to trigger if the temperature falls outside a defined measurement range, set up outputs, plus many other functions. Context-sensitive help will explain the features of the device as you click through it.
The simulated scenario within the interactive demo is a simple metal heat treatment application, where a conveyor of hot blocks passes by the thermometer field of view.
You can click on the simulator buttons to navigate the different screens as if you were using the actual device.
